Beth has served the massage community of Washington DC since she graduated Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2005. Her studies include Swedish, Deep Tissue, AIS (Active Isolated Stretching), Hot Stone, Reiki, and other energy based modalities. Her work is a combination of these modalities, custom tailored to meet her client's individual needs.
Beth is intrigued and inspired by how the body works and moves, and has a good understanding of how to help her clients relax and manage pain. She believes that if you are in the community; you are the community. Over the years, Beth has volunteered her time and services for numerous causes, such as the MS society, walk for The Cure, local homeless shelters and other local non-profits. Beth is enthusiastic about her work and looks forward to new endeavors.

Audrey graduated from the Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2005, and continued to intern / teach there for several semesters after completing her studies.
She has worked in the field since graduation, with a wide range of populations including business / office people, athletes, and trade persons. She has also volunteered with various organizations that assist the mentally challenged, addicted, abused and homeless populations.
Audrey has built a steady clientele of professionals who are subject to the physical, emotional and mental stresses of our fast-paced world. She is adept at addressing pain and common discomfort patterns due to frequent travel, hours of desk-time & “computer shoulder”, and a variety of strains & pains on the body due to repetitive motion and / or posture.
Audrey is trained in traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue, & Sports Massage techniques, Pre-Postnatal Massage, and is continually broadening her education and experience especially targeting Trigger Point techniques and referred pain patterns.
Audrey has also studied with Healing Touch International and is a Reiki II & Johrei practitioner. She continues to study energetic modalities, and the amazing healing effects of bringing mind, body and spirit into harmony. Her energetic training is a wonderful compliment to traditional massage therapy sessions.

Brenda is a 2002 graduate of Potomac Massage Training Institute. She began her massage practice after graduation in the PMTI Professional Clinic. At the same time she began teaching at PMTI as a Graduate Intern. She has remained on the faculty as an Instructor in both academic and deep tissue practical courses. Brenda is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Orthopedic Massage. In addition, Brenda is also Certified in Pregnancy Massage and is an Instructor of Infant Massage.
Brenda feels each client utilizes massage therapy for different purposes as part of their own wellness program. Whether for general relaxation or to address a specific issue, her goal is to work with the client to design each session to meet their needs most effectively and provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Cristina received her Massage Degree from the Potomac Massage Training Institute and her BA Degree in Anthropology from George Mason University. She is Nationally Certified, and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Cristina is certified in Swedish, deep tissue, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and therapeutic spa treatments. She is committed to providing clients with a healing and individually designed massage, where they can reconnect with their bodies and relax their minds. Cristina also volunteers with a non-profit alternative health care provider, bringing the benefits of massage therapy to those with the greatest need and the least access. She continues to draw inspiration from the clients she works with, and believes touch is essential for a healthy life.

As the founder of Well Being Massage & Spa, Cynthia currently serves as a spa and Ayurveda consultant. She enjoys sharing authentic healing teachings of Ayurveda, yoga, aromatherapy as aromatic botanical medicine, and re-connecting with the five element theory in nature that can inspire balance within the five elements of our own bodies. Cynthia is a graduate and has served on the teaching faculty of the Potomac Massage Training Institute. She is currently pursuing her Ayurveda studies at the California College of Ayurveda. In addition to Swedish and deep tissue training, she is certified in pre and post natal massage, Reiki, therapeutic spa techniques, advanced Ayurvedic body treatments, basic myofascial techniques and hot stone massage. Cynthia is also a certified yoga instructor with a completed training to the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in February, 2003.
